For more than 25 years, I have worked with leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, organisations and individuals across multiple industries and more than 40 countries, helping them navigate growth, change, complexity and transition.

Throughout my career, I noticed something interesting. Most people do not struggle because they lack intelligence, talent or potential. They struggle because they lack clarity, structure, confidence, support, or the space to think intentionally about what comes next.

That understanding ultimately led to the creation of For A Better Me™.
